Baby Blanket
I wanted to work on my crochet skills, so when my friend had a sweet baby boy I decided to make him a blanket. The colors of his nursery was the inspiration. I used the half double crochet stitch, and just made until I thought it was a good size. For the border I did two rounds of single crochet. I wish that I had changed the order on the border but you live and learn. And now I have a request from another friend for a blanket for their bundle of joy. Thanks for stopping by!

Merry Christmas
Just finished a blanket that has taken me four years to complete, and just in time to give it as a Christmas gift. Fingers crossed that it stays together, since I knitted the strips and then assembled. With no pattern just based on one.
